Here you can add a new subscribers ("Add subscriber" button) to a  newsletter or unsubscribe subscribed user (). You can filter users that should be displayed in the grid view where you can unsubscribe the appropriate user by clicking on the cross icon. If the "Send e-mail confirmation to the subscriber" checkbox is checked, the confirmation e-mail is sent to the user saying that he has been unsubscribed.
